My US produced Ariel Atom 300 is powered by a GM Ecotec having approximately 300 hp and 250 lb/ft of torque. The car is currently prepped as a show car and possibly for occasional track events.

Some of the other important information about the car is that is weighs approximately 1000 pounds and is extremely quick. The car might not necessarily have the highest top speed because of the lack of aerodynamics, but no street car will beat it 0-60 or 0-100-0. Sure, you can get a true race car that might come close, but you won't be able to drive that race car on the street like that Atom

Should you get one? Absolutely.

Can you purchase mine? No, but everything has a price.

Obviously the car has arrived.  All I can really say is OUTSTANDING.

Jezebel and I made our way to our first track day at Autobahn Country Club in Joliet.  The car was spectacular whereas my driving skills left room for significant improvement.

The car was probably the fastest out that day, but you wouldn't be able to tell based on my driving.  Time for some more practice.
